Introduction to Powerlifting

Maybe you would like to join the #peachgang or you have seen women in the gym lifting or maybe you would like to know some exercises to help you feel comfortable in the weight room?

Intro to Powerlifting covers the Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am – 10am
  • Proper weightlifting shoes required
  • Intensity Level: High

 

Introduction to Olympic Lifting

Have you always wanted to learn how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk? Maybe you have tried it elsewhere and would like to focus more time developing your Skills.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am – 10am

Proper weightlifting shoes required

Intensity Level: High

 

Functional movement training

By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

  • Mondays, Thursdays: 12pm – 12:45pm
  • Saturdays: 11am – 11:45am
